Maxim Krippa told how the conflict in the Middle East affected the UAE market

The situation in the United Arab Emirates market remains stable, but further dynamics will depend on the level of escalation of the conflict and the overall security situation.

This opinion was expressed by NAVI owner Maksym Krippa in a comment to Forbes Ukraine.

The businessman has commercial real estate in the UAE. He noted that his team is working normally and has focused, in particular, on operational stability, asset protection and security. In addition, internal anti-crisis protocols have been strengthened.

According to the entrepreneur, Dubai has repeatedly gone through periods of regional tension and remained financially stable. Assets in the UAE usually show better returns. On average, the level of profitability is 50-60% higher than in Ukraine.

“This is the result of a stable financial system, a strong currency, clear rules of operation and a high concentration of international capital,” he said.

At the same time, Maksym Krippa added that Ukraine continues to be one of the main areas for his strategic investments.

“We are convinced that it is in Ukraine that the greatest potential for capital gains will be formed after the end of the war,” the businessman said.
