Maksym Krippa will invest in projects led by physician-entrepreneur Yevhen Shagov

Businessman Maxim Krippa has become a business partner of Yevgeny Shagov, co-founder of the AM System clinic. On March 12, the entrepreneur acquired a stake in the venture capital fund “Age Management Ecosystem.”

This is evidenced by data from the YouControl analytics system.

Under the agreement, Krippa became the owner of 50% of the fund. In a statement to “NV.Business,” the businessman’s press office reported that his investments will be directed toward personalized medicine, health tech, biomedical research, as well as educational and technological products in the health sector. This interest is attributed to the fact that, against the backdrop of a full-scale war in Ukraine, demand for such services has grown due to the increased strain on the population’s physical and mental health.

Krippa and Shagov plan to develop new products and services in the field of age management, with a focus on combining preventive medicine, biological age monitoring, and solutions to improve the body’s resilience.

The partners have agreed to a long-term collaboration. Among their key plans is the launch of a network of clinics for the “middle class” in cities with populations of one million or more. Locations will be determined based on the readiness of local partners.

“We estimate that the cost per square meter in such clinics will be $3,000, with a total area ranging from 200 to 500 square meters,” Shagov explained.
