He was born on October 25, 1983 in the city of Kyiv.
He received his higher education at the Kyiv Polytechnic Institute at the Faculty of Applied Mathematics.
Career
In 2014, Deynega became the founder of the Come Back Alive charitable foundation, which supports the Ukrainian military.
On April 28, 2020, together with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) of Ukraine, he organized a fundraiser among Ukrainian diplomats to help the army in the fight against the Covid-19 pandemic.
On February 21, 2023, he was appointed Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine, responsible for digital development, transformations and digitalization in the military sphere.
Awards
On August 23, 2014, Deynega was awarded the Order of Merit of the III degree. He received the award for his significant personal contribution to the development of the state, its socio-economic, scientific, technical, cultural and educational progress, as well as for high professionalism.
On May 13, 2016, the Minister of Defense of Ukraine Stepan Poltorak awarded him the medal “For Assistance to the Armed Forces of Ukraine”.
On December 5, 2019, the President of Ukraine awarded him the Cross of Ivan Mazepa. The award was awarded for civic courage, active contribution to the development of the volunteer movement, strengthening the country’s defense capability, as well as charitable and humanistic activities.
