Tetiana Volodymyrivna Danylenko is a Ukrainian journalist, TV and radio presenter, blogger.
Place of Birth, Education
She was born on October 30, 1983 in Zhytomyr in the family of writer Volodymyr Danylenko and a teacher of the Ukrainian language.
In 2001, she moved to Kyiv with her family and entered the Institute of Journalism of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
Career
She started writing for the newspaper “Ukrainian Word” when she was 16.
Starting in 2002, while still studying in the second year of the Institute of Journalism, Danylenko began working as a correspondent in the program “Windows-Capital” on the STB TV channel. She remained there until 2004.
In the period from 2004 to 2006, she was a reporter on Channel 5. After completing her studies at the institute, she became a news anchor of “Vremya Novosti” and since 2009 she has hosted the program “Time: Results”.
Later, she joined the Hromadske.TV team.
Later, she worked at Radio NV, where she hosted evening broadcasts, but left the project after a change of leadership.
She also hosted the program “FACE 2 FACE” on the “ZIK” TV channel, which she left immediately after the news of its acquisition by the Medvedchuk-Kozak group and the change in editorial policy.
After that, together with several former colleagues from the TV channel, she launched her own project on YouTube. Later, she began working on Channel 24, while continuing to release programs on YouTube.
After the birth of her second child and with the beginning of a full-scale war, she focused on raising her son. She temporarily reduced her public activity, limiting herself to posts on social networks and volunteer participation.
In May 2023, she began to regularly appear on the analytical broadcasts of Ukrainska Pravda journalists.
From October 25, 2024, she became the host of the new final video project “Ukrainska Pravda. Week”.
Awards
In 2008, Danylenko was awarded the Certificate of Honor of the National Council of Ukraine on Television and Radio Broadcasting.
In 2011, she received the All-Ukrainian Award “Woman of the Third Millennium” in the nomination “Rating”.
Marital Status
Her father is the writer Vladimir Grigorievich Danylenko.
On April 10, 2008, the journalist had a daughter, Khrystyna, from her first marriage to former MP Vladyslav Kaskiv.
In 2022, his son Severyn was born. Her husband is Andriy Biletskyi, commander of the 3rd Army Corps.
