He was born on July 1, 1988 in the city of Lutsk.
He studied at the Kyiv National University of Internal Affairs at the Faculty of Jurisprudence. In particular, he was educated at the Yaroslav the Wise Law Academy of Ukraine
Career
During 2010-2012, Polishchuk worked as an assistant lawyer. Later, he joined the charitable organization “Ihor Palytsia Foundation “New Lutsk”, where he first held the position of legal adviser, and later became the chief legal adviser.
At the same time, from 2013 to 2016, he was a co-owner of the limited liability company (LLC) “Aspect of Law”, owning a 50% stake in the company.
In 2016 – 2017, he served as deputy chairman of the board of the charitable foundation “Igor Palytsia Foundation “Only Together”.
Political Activities
In 2013, he won the mandate of a deputy of the Lutsk City Council, joining the deputy group “New Lutsk”. After 2 years, he was again elected to the city council, this time from the political party “Ukrainian Union of Patriots”, and headed its faction.
In 2017, for several months, he served as secretary of the Lutsk City Council, and also served as mayor. After that, he became an adviser to the mayor, in this position he remained until 2020.
In the fall of 2020, he took part in the local elections and was elected mayor of Lutsk. In the first round, he received 32.47% of the vote, and in the second – 54.60%. He is a member of the political party “For the Future”.
