Vladyslava Molchanova is a Ukrainian entrepreneur, philanthropist, co-founder of Stolitsa Group.
Place of Birth, Education
She was born on August 4, 1976 in Kyiv in a family of scientists. Her father, Borys Romaniuk, a professor and mathematician physicist, works at the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, and her mother, Lilia Romaniuk, is a design engineer by profession.
At one time, she graduated from the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv with a degree in biophysics.
Also as a child she was involved in equestrian sports. He has the title of Master of Sports. In 1986, she became the champion of Ukraine.
Career
Molchanova took her first steps in business by opening a small café in the Akademgorodok area of Kyiv.
Later, she began to implement construction projects in cooperation with the KLO gas station network.
In 2003, together with businessman Volodymyr Kosterin, she founded the development company “Stolitsa Group”. In 2009, the latter sold his share to the Lithuanian company BT Invest and Molchanova’s new partner was entrepreneur Raimonds Tumenas, a former shareholder of the juice producer Sandora.
Stolitsa Group, in turn, has implemented a number of large projects in Kyiv, including the Retroville shopping and entertainment center, the Novus supermarket chain, as well as the residential complexes (RCs) Otdychnok, Lipinka, Varshavskyi Mikrorayon, Seven, Galaktika and Pivdenna Brama.
In 2017, Molchanova founded a charitable foundation that works on humanitarian and social projects. Its activities are aimed at helping Ukrainian fighters, supporting people affected by the war, as well as developing projects in the fields of science, education, and culture.
In December 2020, the entrepreneur was awarded a church award for her contribution to the revival of St. Michael’s Golden-Domed Cathedral.
The case of the “Capital Market”
On September 6, 2025, the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) served a notice of suspicion to Molchanova and former MP Yuriy Ivanyushchenko in the case of embezzlement of 18 hectares of state land near Kyiv. According to the investigation, we are talking about the territory of the wholesale agricultural market “Stolychnyi”, which is located near the metro station “Teremky”. The land plot, which was previously leased, was allegedly re-registered through the State GeoCadastre to an enterprise associated with Molchanova.
After that, part of the land was divided into nine plots, transferred to private individuals, and later sold to three companies associated with the developer.
Molchanova was charged under a number of articles and a measure of restraint in the form of bail in the amount of 100 million hryvnias.

Molchanova is married and has six children – three daughters and three sons.
