Oleksandr Slobozhenko

Alexander Alexandrovich Slobozhenko is a Ukrainian entrepreneur, founder of the company “Traffic devils”, blogger.

Place of Birth, Education

He was born on August 3, 1998 in the village of Bilohorodka, Kyiv region.

Career

Slobozhenko started working online at the age of 11 – he developed communities and chats on social networks.

In 2016, I learned about traffic arbitrage and created a small team with which I started working. Since the same year, he worked as an SMM manager, and in 2017 he seriously took up e-commerce.

In 2018, he received the title of champion of Ukraine in road and ring motorcycle racing, and also received the title of Master of Sports.

In 2019, he founded the media buying company Traffic Devils, which since 2022 had offices in four cities and a staff of more than 250 employees.

Incidents

In early 2022, he was involved in a traffic accident (accident) in Dubai while driving a Ferrari SF90 Stradale worth about $ 1 million.

Criminal cases

Non-payment of taxes

In June 2020, law enforcement agencies opened criminal proceedings against him under articles related to tax evasion and legalization of property obtained by criminal means. According to the tax service, the total amount of underpayment to the budget amounted to 54.8 million hryvnias.

In 2023, the Bureau of Economic Security (ESBU) opened a new proceeding in which Slobozhenka is suspected of several articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine: tax evasion (Article 212), organization of gambling (Article 203-2) and legalization of proceeds of crime on an especially large scale (Article 209).

In November 2023, the entrepreneur publicly announced his intention to pay taxes, but journalists did not find confirmation that the funds were contributed to the budget.

In 2024, NGL.media published an investigation accusing Slobozhenko of tax evasion and money laundering. In a separate article by Ukrainska Pravda (Ukrainska Pravda), the entrepreneur was also accused of evading mobilization.

In mid-May of the same year, Ukrainska Pravda reported that at least 10 journalists had received threats from Slobozhenko.

The entrepreneur was chosen a measure of restraint in the form of detention. At that time, he was wanted.

Evasion of mobilization

In April 2022, Slobozhenko left Ukraine as a “volunteer” together with Andriy Medianik. The entry into the Shlyakh system was carried out by the Transcarpathian Regional Military Administration (RMA).

In October of the same year, the entrepreneur received a certificate of unfitness for military service. The document was issued by the Holosiivskyi District Territorial Recruitment Center (TCC) in Kyiv, and the conclusion was signed by the head of the Military Medical Commission (MMC) Volodymyr Prykhodko.

At the beginning of 2023, Prykhodko was charged with receiving bribes for deregistration from military registration. He was removed from office, and as of July 2024, he was in the status of an accused and was waiting for a court decision.
