Anastasia Igorevna Tsymbalaru is a Ukrainian theater and film actress.
Place of Birth, Education
She was born on July 10, 1992 in the city of Bolgrad, Odessa region.
In 2009, on the advice of her parents, she entered a higher educational institution at the Faculty of Law, but soon realized that this profession was not suitable for her.
A year later, she stopped her studies and later entered the Kyiv National University of Theater, Film and Television named after Ivan Karpenko-Kary at the acting department. In 2016, she completed her studies, having received the specialty of an actress of drama theater and cinema in the workshop of Yuri Vysotsky.
Career
In the period from 2014 to 2016, during her studies, she worked as an actress at the Kyiv Theater for Young Spectators on Lipki, where she participated in the play “In Search of Joy”.
During this period, her film career began – in 2014 she made her debut in the medical television series “Ambulance”, and in 2017 she played one of the main roles in the melodramatic film “I Can’t Forget You”, which was directed by Oleg Filipenko.
In 2021, she starred in the series “Daddy”.
In May 2023, she starred in the music video for the song “Buzz” by Ukrainian singer Masha Danilova together with her husband Grigory Baklanov and actor Aram Arzumanyan.
In the same year, she took part in the performance-statement “Croissants with Almonds”. The performances were aimed at raising funds for the purchase of a drone for the needs of the 47th separate mechanized brigade.
In 2023, she starred in the series “Female Doctor. New Life”, where her partner was Andriy Isaenko. This was not their first work together.
At the beginning of 2024, Tsymbalaru played the main role in the lyrical Ukrainian miniseries “New Year’s Eve”, where she again starred with Isaenko.
Marital Status
She was married to theater and film actor Grigory Baklanov, with whom she began a relationship while studying at the university.
In March 2024, the couple announced their divorce.
