Pavlo Serhiiovych Palisa is a Ukrainian serviceman, colonel of the 93rd Mechanized Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Place of Birth, Education
He was born in a military family.
In 2007, he completed his studies at the Lviv Institute of Land Forces of the Lviv Polytechnic National University (today – the National Academy of Land Forces named after Hetman Petro Sahaidachnyi).
In 2019, he was educated at the Command and Staff Institute of the National Defense University of Ukraine.
Military career
After the start of the full-scale war of the Russian Federation (RF) against Ukraine, he was forced to leave his studies at the US Army Command and Staff College to defend Ukraine. In June 2022, when Palis was already the head of the 5th Separate Assault Regiment, the college solemnly awarded him a diploma.
In 2023, he served as commander of the 93rd separate mechanized brigade “Kholodnyi Yar” and took part in hostilities in the Bakhmut area.
On November 29, 2024, by decision of Volodymyr Zelenskyy , he was appointed Deputy Head of the Office of the President (OP).
