Serhiy Petrovych Lysak – Head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Administration (2023 – present).

He was born in Odessa.

According to the declaration of 2023, he is registered in Uzhhorod.

Career

He has more than 20 years of experience in the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU), holding positions in various regions, including Odesa, Vinnytsia and Zakarpattia.

In 2014-2015, as well as in 2017, he took part in the Anti-Terrorist Operation (ATO) in eastern Ukraine.

In 2020 – 2022, he headed the SBU department in Zhytomyr region.

With the beginning of the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation (RF), he joined the defense of the Zhytomyr region.

In July 2022, he was appointed head of the SBU department in the Dnipropetrovsk region. Less than a year later, in February 2023, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy signed a decree appointing him to the post of head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Administration (RMA).

Marital Status

Married to Karolina Lysak. The couple has a daughter, Anita.
