Lida Alexandrovna Skorubskaya (Lida Lee) is a Ukrainian singer, former backing vocalist of MONATIK.
Place of Birth, Education
She was born on September 29, 1994 in the city of Kyiv.
The mother of the future singer worked as an artistic director and taught music. It was she who introduced her daughter to music and dance from childhood, encouraging her to develop creatively.
At the age of 11, Skorubskaya was engaged in folk choreography in the ensemble “Veselad”. In particular, she attended dance camps, performed at school concerts and more.
Career
Skorubskaya took her first steps in music by performing covers. One of the most famous was her cover of the song “Sleep Yourself” by singer Kuzma Scriabin. She also participated in the vocal TV show “X-Factor”.
An important stage in his career was cooperation with the Ukrainian artist MONATIK. The singer was the backing vocalist in his team and a member of the girl group Chica-Band. In 2019, together with MONATIK, she performed at the NSC Olimpiyskiy with the song “Dobegi”.
In 2020, she became a participant in the 10th season of the show “The Voice of the Country”. At blind auditions, she performed the song “Bang Bang” by Ariana Grande, Jessie J and Nikki Minaj. The singer chose the Monatik team, but she ended her participation in the first stage of the super final.
In the same year, she began a solo career producing Monatik Corporation. Later, her debut video for the song “Attraction” in 2020 was released.
In 2021, Skorubska presented the track “Understand”, which became her first completely independent work. In the same year, she received the YUNA-2021 award in the nomination “Discovery of the Year”.
Other famous songs of Lydia include “Wake Up” in 2023, as well as “On the Edge” and “MONSTER”, which was recorded in collaboration with the KADNAY group.

In 2024, the singer publicly announced that she had alcohol addiction and was undergoing treatment in a rehabilitation center. In May, she returned to the stage, performing in Odesa during the Positive concert.
In October, it also became known that the singer had been involved in a traffic accident. According to her, the accident occurred just a few days before the planned filming of the video for the song “Fly”.
As of today, Skorubska is engaged in a solo project.

According to the media, the singer was in a relationship for five years, which, according to her, was more friendly than romantic.
In 2024, there were rumors about a possible romance between Skorubskaya and TV presenter Daniel Salem, but for a long time there was no confirmation of this. On December 23, 2025, the song “Similar” was released, as well as a video for the song, in which the singer nevertheless announced a relationship with him.
