Yevgen Anatoliyovych Shagov is a Ukrainian physician and entrepreneur, and co-owner of the Age Management Ecosystem Foundation.
Place of Birth, Education
He was born on March 16, 1980, in Sloviansk, Donetsk Oblast.
In 2003, he earned a bachelor’s degree in “General Medicine” from the Gorky Donetsk National Medical University. The following year, he completed his residency in “Dermatology and Venereology.”
In 2014, he earned his Candidate of Medical Sciences degree after defending his dissertation at the Institute of Dermatology and Venereology of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine.
In addition, he completed specialized training in PRP therapy at the Centre de Chirurgie Plastique (Switzerland), and later also studied at Dr. Hertoghe Medical School (Belgium) and Harvard Medical School (U.S.).
Career
He worked in Donetsk for a long time. In 2009, he opened the Anti Age Clinic Center for Aesthetic Medicine there.
He later worked on developing the Outsourcing Group project (later renamed Avantique Synergy), which provided consulting services to clinics and wellness centers.
He also participated in the activities of EVO Inc., a company that specialized, among other things, in promoting biotechnology in aesthetic medicine.
In 2015, he co-founded a Kyiv-based coworking center for cosmetic doctors, which was named Aesthetic Consilium Clinic & School. At the same time, he created the Aesthetic Consilium online community, aimed at preventing complications in aesthetic medicine, and became a co-founder of the International Medical Relations Organization.
A year later, he founded Shagov Aesthetic Medicine, a clinic specializing in aesthetic medicine.
In 2018, he helped establish ReFuture Clinic, a facility focused on managing age-related changes.
Later, Shagov helped develop the field of preventive medicine at the Sandler Wellness Center.
In 2022, he and his wife founded the Age Management System (AM System) clinic in the “Novopecherski Lypky” residential complex in Kyiv. Since then, the AM Academy and the operating company AM One have been launched under this brand.
Humanitarian Activities
He is known for his participation in the “Save Beauty” charity initiative, which provides free assistance to Ukrainians whose faces require reconstruction and plastic surgery as a result of the war.
In addition, he participated in the UA Health Support program, which helped Ukrainian citizens strengthen their mental and physical well-being during the war.
