{"id":5978,"date":"2025-05-08T07:53:36","date_gmt":"2025-05-08T04:53:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/thepersona.com.ua\/valery-zhidkov-5978\/"},"modified":"2026-07-21T18:10:24","modified_gmt":"2026-07-21T15:10:24","slug":"valery-zhidkov","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/thepersona.com.ua\/en\/artists\/valery-zhidkov-5978\/","title":{"rendered":"Valery Zhidkov"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Valery Viktorovich Zhidkov is a screenwriter, TV presenter, scriptwriter for the show &#8220;Studio Kvartal 95&#8221;.  <\/strong><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Place of Birth, Education<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He was born on <strong>March 24, 1975<\/strong> in the city of Tambov in the family of a policeman.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He received his higher education at the Tambov State Technical University, where he received a degree in systems engineering. After completing his studies, he served in the army, and later worked as an operative in the police for two years. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Career  <\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At one time, Zhidkov began playing in the Tambov Wolves KVN team, and later joined Tapka&#8217;s Children.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He first came to Kyiv in 1999 with the Tambov Wolves. In 2003, together with former KVN members, he moved from Kryvyi Rih to Kyiv. The creative team <strong>became the basis for the creation of Studio Kvartal 95<\/strong>.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Since<strong> 2003, he has been an author at Studio Kvartal 95<\/strong> and worked on the script of the musical &#8220;Like Cossacks&#8230;&#8221; as one of the co-authors. For more than 20 years, living in Ukraine, Zhidkov remained a citizen of the Russian Federation (RF), while having a Ukrainian residence permit. Only in 2022, after Russia&#8217;s full-scale invasion of Ukraine, he received Ukrainian citizenship.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In August 2023, Georgy Uchaikin, who heads the Ukrainian Association of Gun Owners, published a document from which it became known that in June 2022, Ivan Bakanov, the former head of the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) and head of the Kvartal 95 studio, <strong>awarded Zhidkov with a Glock 17 personalized weapon<\/strong>. At that time, Zhidkov had the status of an adviser to the head of the SBU on a voluntary basis. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Scandals  <\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During one of the issues of the author&#8217;s program, Zhidkov said that he advised future people&#8217;s deputies to remove from the Constitution the provision that defines Ukraine&#8217;s strategic course of accession to NATO and the European Union (EU).<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Marital Status<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He is married to Maria Zhidkova (nee Vasiliev), who was born on December 29, 1979.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The couple have two daughters:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Elizaveta Zhidkova, who was born on August 15, 2004;  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sofia Zhidkova, who was born on October 8, 2014.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Valery Viktorovich Zhidkov is a screenwriter, TV presenter, scriptwriter for the show &#8220;Studio Kvartal 95&#8221;.
