{"id":5806,"date":"2025-04-15T08:21:02","date_gmt":"2025-04-15T05:21:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/thepersona.com.ua\/alla-mazur-5806\/"},"modified":"2026-07-21T18:02:38","modified_gmt":"2026-07-21T15:02:38","slug":"alla-mazur","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/thepersona.com.ua\/en\/journalists\/alla-mazur-5806\/","title":{"rendered":"Alla Mazur"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Alla Hryhorivna Mazur is a journalist and TV presenter.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Place of Birth, Education<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">She was born on <strong>September 16, 1965<\/strong> in the Khmelnytskyi region in a family of doctors. While still at school, she began to write for the local district newspaper: at first it was rather out of her own interest, and later &#8211; on editorial assignments. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">She graduated from the Faculty of Journalism of Taras Shevchenko Kyiv State University with a degree in Radio Journalism.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Career  <\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">She began working on the first channel of &#8220;Ukrainian Radio&#8221;, where she first worked as a correspondent, and later as a presenter in the Main Editorial Board of Information. Together with other journalists, <strong>she participated in the creation and conduct of the first radio marathons in Ukraine<\/strong> dedicated to the anniversary of the accident at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant and the election of the first president of the country in 1991. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In 1993, having accepted the invitation of the management of UT-1, <strong>she joined the team of the Ukrainian Television News<\/strong> (UTN) project. At the same time, she hosted the political and economic talk show &#8220;Crossroads&#8221;, which was created in cooperation with the American side. Later, <strong>she became the author and host of the journalistic television series &#8220;Investment Story&#8221;.<\/strong>  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At the end of 1996, she<strong> received an invitation to join the Studio 1+1 TV channel<\/strong>. Already on January 1, 1997, it aired with the first issue of the program &#8220;Television News Service&#8221; (TSN).   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In November 2019, she announced that she had been diagnosed with cancer. Despite this, she continued to work and undergo chemotherapy. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Awards<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In 1996, Mazur won the Prometheus-Prestige Award as part of the Person of the Year campaign, receiving recognition as the &#8220;Best TV Journalist of 1995&#8221;. Two years later, in 1998, she became a laureate of the IV All-Ukrainian Journalism Festival, where she was noted as the best presenter of information programs in Ukraine. At the same time, it received the title of &#8220;National Recognition&#8221;. At the first Interstate Forum of the CIS countries, the jury awarded her a victory in the nomination &#8220;Best Presenter of Information Programs&#8221;.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In 1999, within the framework of the competition &#8220;Business Woman of Ukraine &#8211; 98&#8221; she won in the category &#8220;TV presenter&#8221;. In the same year, Mazur was awarded a state award &#8211; the Order of Princess Olga of the III degree. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Over the following years, she was repeatedly recognized at the professional level: she became a laureate of the National Television Award &#8220;Teletriumph&#8221; in the nomination &#8220;Presenter\/Presenter of an Information and Analytical Program&#8221; in 2001, 2003, 2010, 2012, 2013, 2015, 2016 and 2018.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In 2020, she received the Order of Princess Olga, II degree.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Marital Status<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In 2008, she gave birth to a son, Artem.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Alla Hryhorivna Mazur is a journalist and TV presenter.
