Gennadiy Anatolyevich Vatsak – People’s Deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of the IX convocation, owner of the company “Confectionery House “Vatsak”.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Place of Birth, Education <\/h2>\n\n

He was born on February 9, 1972 <\/strong>in the city of Mohyliv-Podilskyi, Vinnytsia region. <\/p>\n\n

He received higher education at the Mohyliv-Podilskyi Medical College. <\/p>\n\n

Career<\/h2>\n\n

From 1991 to 1994, he served as a paramedic in a children’s hospital, and in the period from 1995 to 1999 he worked as a waiter in a restaurant. <\/p>\n\n

In the spring of 2001, he founded a confectionery workshop in the city of Mohyliv-Podilskyi. Later, a limited liability company (LLC) “Confectionery House “Vatsak” was created. <\/p>\n\n

Activities in politics <\/h2>\n\n

In 2010, he was elected a deputy of the Vinnytsia Regional Council<\/strong>, running in constituency No. 63 from the All-Ukrainian Union “Batkivshchyna”.<\/a> Five years later, he won the mandate again, this time as a candidate from the political party “Petro Poroshenko Bloc” in constituency No. 82. <\/p>\n\n

As part of the regional council, he took the position of secretary of the permanent commission, which dealt with the issues of legality, anti-corruption, lustration, regulations and activities of deputies.<\/p>\n\n

In 2019, he became a people’s deputy of the Verkhovna Rada<\/a> of Ukraine<\/strong>. In Parliament , he received the position of Secretary of the Committee on Transport and Infrastructure<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n

At first, he was a member of the deputy group “For the Future”, and in 2020 he joined the “Trust” group.<\/p>\n\n
