This company is the main investor in the reconstruction of European Square in Kyiv. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Until recently, Rippy owned only <strong>a quarter of the shares of Graal LLC &#8211; 24%.<\/strong> Other shares were owned by a number of well-known real estate market players: Igor Nikonov, founder of KAN Development, Ofer Kerzner from City Capital Group, and Oleg Gavrilyak (Terra-Lux), which is confirmed by the YouControl analytical system. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kripp, after <a href=\"https:\/\/amcu.gov.ua\/news\/informatsiia-pro-rishennia-amku-12022026\">permission<\/a> from the Antimonopoly Committee, bought out the shares of his partners. Thus, he concentrated in his hands the assets of a company that <strong>is to implement a complex development project<\/strong> at 5 Khreshchatyk Street and 4B Hrushevskoho Street. <\/p>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;After the consolidation of 100% of corporate rights, the investor plans to restart the project and implement an updated concept for the development of the territory, taking into account modern approaches to urban space and architecture,&#8221; <a href=\"https:\/\/forbes.ua\/news\/maksim-krippa-kupiv-graal-v-tsentri-kieva-09032026-36939\">writes<\/a> Forbes Ukraine.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In recent years, the entrepreneur has acquired the Parus Business Center, the International Exhibition Center and the Ukraine Hotel on Independence Square. In addition, he is a co-owner of the residential developer DIM. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In general, Krippa <strong>is known as an investor in esports and IT projects<\/strong>. Its assets include the NAV\u0130 team, the GSC Game World studio (the developer of the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. game), as well as the Maincast studio. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With the outbreak of the full-scale war in Ukraine, he founded the MK Foundation.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In 2025, the businessman <a href=\"https:\/\/thepersona.com.ua\/en\/news\/top-30-richest-ukrainians-maksym-krippa-was-included-in-the-list-for-the-first-time-6694\/\">entered the top 30 richest people in Ukraine for the first time<\/a>.
