{"id":3577,"date":"2025-01-29T09:34:35","date_gmt":"2025-01-29T07:34:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/thepersona.com.ua\/yaroslav-golovachov-3577\/"},"modified":"2026-07-09T13:40:12","modified_gmt":"2026-07-09T10:40:12","slug":"yaroslav-golovachov","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/thepersona.com.ua\/en\/judges\/yaroslav-golovachov-3577\/","title":{"rendered":"Yaroslav Golovachov"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Yaroslav Vyacheslavovich Golovachov\u2014President of the Kyiv Court of Appeals (2021\u2013present).  <\/strong><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Place of Birth, Education  <\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He was born <strong>on August 24, 1976<\/strong>, in Kyiv.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In 1998, he graduated from Kyiv National Economic University, where he received a degree in &#8220;Human Resource Management,&#8221; and in 2001, he completed his studies at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv with a degree in \u201cLaw.\u201d<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Later, in 2013, he graduated from the Institute of Intellectual Property at the National University &#8220;Odessa Law Academy.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Career<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">From 1999 to 2001, Golovachov worked as a legal advisor at the limited liability company (LLC) &#8220;Tekhprom.&#8221; He then<strong> became a consultant<\/strong> to<strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/thepersona.com.ua\/en\/tag\/court-of-appeals\/\">the Kyiv Court of Appeals<\/a><\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In 2002, he was appointed assistant to the chief justice of the Capital City Court of Appeals, and from 2003 to 2005, he served as head of a department at that same court.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In 2005, he was <strong>appointed a judge of the Desnianskyi District Court<\/strong> of Kyiv, where he served until 2009.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He later returned to the Kyiv Court of Appeals, where <strong>he became deputy chief justice<\/strong> in 2014. In the summer of 2015, he <strong>was appointed chief justice of the Court of Appeals<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In September 2021, following a secret ballot among the judges, <strong>Golovachov was elected president of the Kyiv Court of Appeals<\/strong> for a three-year term.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Marital Status  <\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He is married to Anastasia Golovachova.
