Place of Birth, Education
He was born on January 29, 1980 in the city of Ussuriysk, Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic.
He received his higher education at the Kyiv Humanitarian Institute, where in 2002 he received a diploma in International Relations. In 2011, he graduated from the National Academy of Public Administration with a master’s degree in public administration.
In 2018, he defended his dissertation at the National Scientific Center “Institute of Agrarian Economics” and received the degree of Candidate of Economic Sciences.
He also studied at the Kyiv-Mohyla Business School and the Academy of Diplomacy and Democracy in Washington (USA).
Career
During 1998-2001, he served as vice-president of the youth organization “Euroclub”.
In the period from 2005 to 2012, he worked as a director of the limited liability company (LLC) “Intergroup-LDN”.
From 2010 to 2014, he was a deputy of the Bila Tserkva City Council, elected from the New Politics party. At the same time, he held the position of Deputy Chairman and Head of the Executive Directorate of the All-Ukrainian Association of Village and Settlement Councils. In 2014, he became a representative of this organization in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. He also represented the Trade Union of Workers of the Agro-Industrial Complex and the Federation of Agricultural Organizations “Kolos”.
During 2012-2014, he was a member of the Working Group on Agrarian Markets under the Ministry of Agrarian Policy of Ukraine, as well as the Government Committee on Regional Development.
In 2014, he became a member of the Expert Council on Combating Corruption and Improving Management under the Head of the State Agency of Land Resources.
Political Activities
In 2014, he successfully ran for the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of the VIII convocation as a candidate from the All-Ukrainian Union (VO) “Batkivshchyna”. In the parliament, he served as deputy chairman of the Committee on Agrarian Policy and Land Relations.
In 2019, he was re-elected to the Verkhovna Rada, again running for Batkivshchyna. He continued to work in the Committee on Agrarian and Land Policy.
In 2022, he became a member of the Committee on National Security, Defense and Intelligence.
He is also a member of the political council of the All-Ukrainian Union “Batkivshchyna”.

He was previously married to Marina Ivchenko.
She has a son Yegor and a daughter Valeria.
