He was born on April 24, 1989 in the city of Kyiv.
He received higher education at the Academy of Advocacy of Ukraine at the Faculty of International Law.
Career
Founder of the Art United Us art project and the public organization City-Art. As part of these initiatives, he created about 70 wall paintings in different cities of Ukraine. He supervised the project of the Ministry of Information Policy “More than us”, within the framework of which artists from different countries painted 8 walls in the lobby of the Osokorky metro station in Kyiv.
He participated in the volunteer activities of the Sisters of Victory Charitable Foundation.
He served as an adviser to the Minister of Information Policy of Ukraine Yuriy Stets. He also advised Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko on culture issues on a voluntary basis.
He is the author of the book “Kyiv Street Art”, dedicated to street art in the capital of Ukraine.
As a director, he worked on the short film A Lifetime Older. The film tells the story of a participant in the anti-terrorist operation (ATO).
He also created a number of music videos for Ukrainian artists.
In addition, he made a documentary film dedicated to reforming the law enforcement system in Ukraine.
He is a member of the Council for the Development of the National Cultural, Artistic and Museum Complex “Mystetskyi Arsenal”.
Political Activities
In the parliamentary elections of 2019, he won the mandate of a people’s deputy, passing to the Verkhovna Rada on the list of the Servant of the People party under No. 23.
Since August 29, 2019, he has served as Deputy Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Humanitarian and Information Policy, Chairman of the Subcommittee on Cultural Policy.
In the period from June 24, 2019 to March 20, 2020, he was a freelance adviser to President Volodymyr Zelensky.
On September 1, 2020, the Servant of the People faction decided to expel Leros from its membership. The reason was public criticism of the current government, in particular against President Zelenskyy, Head of the Office of the President Andriy Yermak and Head of the Security Service of Ukraine Ivan Bakanov.
