Serhiy Borisovich Zvyagintsev – Acting Head of the State Customs Service of Ukraine (2023 – present time).

Born in 1978.
He received three diplomas of higher education in specialties related to economics and jurisprudence. He also has a master’s degree in international management.
Career
In 2001, he began working at the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine. In 2001 – 2003, he held the position of a leading specialist, after which he became the head of the department of organizational support for the development of foreign economic policy and the director of the Department of Regulation of Foreign Economic Activity.
At the beginning of 2020, he began working at the State Service of Maritime and River Transport of Ukraine, where he held the positions of Acting Head and Head of the Department of State Supervision and Control over Safety in Maritime and River Transport.
In 2021, he became deputy head of the State Customs Service of Ukraine, and in February 2023, he headed the body as acting head.
Marital Status
He is married to Alyona Zvyagintseva. The couple has two sons.
