Volodymyr Vladimirovich Brazhko is a football player, defensive midfielder of Dynamo Kyiv, bronze medalist of the European Youth Championship 2023 as part of the Ukrainian U-21 national team.

He was born on January 23, 2002 in Zaporizhzhia, Ukraine.
Football career
Brazhko started playing football from early childhood. At the age of 4, he joined the children’s and youth sports school “Matelurg” in Zaporizhzhia. His first mentor was Andriy Maksymenko, under whose leadership he played in the team together with guys 2 years older.
At the age of 13, he moved to the football club “Dynamo” (Kyiv), where he trained under the guidance of Valeriy Nikolaenko and Oleksandr Radchenko. In the competitions of the Children’s and Youth Football League of Ukraine, he played for Zaporizhzhia Metalurh and Kyiv Dynamo.
His debut as part of the youth team “Dynamo” under 21 took place on April 27, 2019. On that day, in the match against Arsenal – Kyiv, which ended with a 3-1 victory for Dynamo, Brazhko came on as a substitute at the end of the game and spent 8 minutes on the field.
The following season, Brazhko continued to play for the youth squad of Dynamo. Only on September 11, 2020, he played for the youth team of the Kyiv club for the first time, taking part in a home match against Chernihiv Desna, which ended in a 2-0 victory.
He was regularly involved in the youth national teams of Ukraine of different age categories, playing for the U15, U16, U17 and U18 teams. He is also a player of the youth national team of Ukraine (U21).
In the 2021-2022 season, he scored a confident game in the Youth League of the Union of European Football Associations (UEFA), playing 7 matches in the starting lineup and scoring 3 goals. At the same time, Dynamo won victories over the German Bayern Munich and the Spanish Barcelona.
In the 2022-2023 season, Brazhko played on loan for Zorya Luhansk, where he quickly became a player of the main squad. In the Ukrainian Premier League, he took part in 29 matches, of which 23 started in the starting lineup, and scored 7 goals.
After a productive season, he returned to Dynamo Kyiv and started the 2023-2024 season as part of the first team. He played his debut match for the main squad on July 30, 2023, entering the field in the 82nd minute instead of Serhiy Sydorchuk in the game against Minaj, which ended in a 4-1 victory.
He scored his first goal for Dynamo on September 23, 2023 in the 8th round of the Premier League. In the match against the LNZ club, which took place in Cherkasy, he opened the scoring in the 3rd minute, hitting the goal from 32 meters. In the end, the Kyiv team won with a score of 4:2.
