Maryna Bekh-Romanchuk is an athlete who competes in the long jump, a participant in the 2016 and 2020 Olympic Games.

Sports career
Bekh-Romanchuk made her international debut in 2011, performing at the World Youth Championship held in the French city of Lille. During the tournament, she took 5th place. In the same year, she became the winner of the European Youth Olympic Festival, which was held in Trabzon, Turkey.
At the 2016 Summer Olympics held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, she showed a result of 6.55 meters in the qualifying round, which allowed her to go from 10th place to the final. However, in the main start, she could not make a single scoring attempt due to three substitutions.
On February 1, 2020, during the second stage of the World Athletics Indoor Tour series, which took place in Karlsruhe, Germany, Bech-Romanchuk showed the best result of the season in the world in the indoor long jump. She set a personal best by jumping 6.92 meters.
On February 8, 2020, Maryna Bech-Romanchuk improved her own indoor record at a tournament in Toruń, Poland, by jumping 6.96 m, which was the best result of the season in the world.
At the end of the season, she became the champion of the World Athletics Indoor Tour series in the long jump, receiving a wild card for the 2021 Winter World Championships, which was supposed to be held in China, but was postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic.
In March 2021, at the European Indoor Championships held in Toruń, she won a gold medal in the long jump, showing a result of 6.92 m.
On July 13, 2021, she became the winner of the Diamond League stage, held in Gateshead, England.
On August 19, 2022, she won gold at the European Championships in the triple jump, setting a result of 15.02 m, which is the third best indicator in the history of Ukraine, second only to the records of Inesa Kravets (15.50 m and 15.33 m).
