Andrey Vasilyevich Vesely is a Ukrainian businessman, founder and owner of Braty LLC.
Place of Birth, Education
He was born on May 20, 1973 in the city of Stebnyk, Lviv region.
In 1992 he graduated from the Boryslav Medical School, receiving a diploma in the specialty “Medicine”, and in 1998 he completed his studies at the Northern College of Applied Arts and Technology in Canada.
In 2012, he graduated with a degree in Jurisprudence at the Ivan Franko National University of Lviv.
Career
During 1998–2003, he worked in senior positions at the Royal Bank of Canada.
In 2003, he returned to Ukraine and founded the limited liability company (LLC) “Braty” in the city of Drohobych, Lviv region. The company’s activities are focused on the manufacture of concrete products, as well as on the construction and repair of roads and sidewalks.
In 2013, he founded the “Charitable Foundation of the Vesely Family”.
Political Activities
In 2020, he ran for mayor of Drohobych, but lost in the second round to Taras Kuchma.
Marital Status
He is married to Mariana Vesela. The couple has three sons.
